Allatoona Wildlife Management Area

The Allatoona Wildlife Management Area is in the north-east of Lake Lanier. It covers around 7,000 acres and provides habitat for many kinds of game and non-game wildlife.

This area is operated by the Game and Fish Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources and is mainly used for hunting and observing wildlife.. Hunters with a Georgia Wildlife Management Area stamp may hunt here seasonally.
